[OKDXA] HRD Logbook Users - Reporting Error for W8S (Swain's Island)

Note for HRD Logbook Users.  The HRD Logbook database lists the prefix
"KH8/S" for Swains Island.  When autologging from WSJT-X or Gridtracker
the  "W8" prefix will be incorrectly logged as 'United States' .  The HRD
database lists "KH8/s" as the registered alias for Swains Island.     Will
need to manually correct the QSO country code and re-upload to LOTW if HRD
is your reporting engine.

Not sure why Swain's was assigned "W8", "KH8" is assigned to the U.S.
Administered territories of American Samoa (including Swains Island with
's' suffix).  Perhaps it's due to a territorial dispute, Swain's is also
claimed by the Territory of Tokelau;  perhaps by using "W8" it doesn't
create ruffle feathers by indirect association with American Samoa.
Politics are creeping into Amateur Radio, how much longer before the PRC
pulls the prefix for Hong Kong and assigns the provincial "B" ?
