HamPass RT Logging Server is Operational

Too many folks are accessing a server that has a limited number of TCP
sockets.

Try during an off-peak hour, or keep hitting refresh a few gazillion
times.  It works, just overloaded.

PR0T was my first QSO using MSHV.   Interesting program but it has a
learning curve.  Still trying to figure out how to auto-log QSOs to
HRD?
