[OKDXA] tower guys?

i solicit the aggregate experience of my komrads..

for a new tower install...which way should the guys go, ideally? one straight North and the others kinda east south east and west south west, 120 deg. apart of course...

thinking which way do the worst winds come from  typically? like to have best strength that way, perhaps?

or, something better? gosh with the wind we get around here, and the fairly hi potential for ice, would like to mitigate risk, if possible, within reason..
