This option is for those who don't want a card.

No Full Log LoTW upload

No BURO QSLs are available

So, there you have it... 5 bucks if you want a card or 5 bucks for 
LoTW... In an email to team leader Rob - N7QT, I inquired about the QSL 
policy, specifically referencing the No Free LoTW and No Buro items. His 
reply was that he felt free LoTW upload impacted their fund raising 
ability, so they were no longer going to do a free full log upload.

A similar QSL policy will apply to their upcoming Temotu - H40WA 
DXpedition... Unless things change, OQRS Direct and LoTW $5.50

I know I am beating a dead horse here... Eventually I'll shut up about 
it... I remember the days when individuals and groups went out on 
DXpeditions because they LIKED to do it... Now it seems to be all about
