[OKDXA] 4W8X - Timor Leste 28.031

Agree, he was really hard to work on 10 cw, since the repliers are lost in
the skip zone- to a great degree!

As I found out, hanging out at the "edge" of the  dx station's listening
area seemed to improve my chances and got me my qso!
