[OKDXA] 4W8X 1826.5 dwn 3 CW

GM Kevin,
   I've been hearing 4W8X for the last hour, up and down with QSB, 
sometimes loud enuf to call. He is not working very many stations, 
mostly calling CQ NA. Did you work him? This is a case where the DX 
would make many more QSOs on FT8, like it or not... Right at sunrise 
now... fading into the sunrise...
