   As many of you may know, Gene Lewis - W5LE has retired as the W5 
Incoming Bureau Manager. Gene has run the W5 Bureau for the last 6 
years. Gene, thanks again for serving the hams in the W5 call area in 
this capacity.
   The new W5 Incoming Bureau Manager is Bruce Burnette - K5PX, of Broken 
Arrow, OK, a former member of the OKDXA. Thanks Bruce for taking on this
