[OKDXA] DX0NE - Spratly

Here's what I am hearing this morning, 5AM local, 1000Z:
DX0NE - 14.091 FT8 2 streams 2nd Sequence
I am copying nearly every sequence -9 to 0 sig strength
His clock is 2.2 seconds slow. I adjusted my clock to get in sync with 
him.
His frequency's are 181 and 241
Definately not WSJT-X F/H since he is on 2nd sequence...
Working almost entirely JA's, occasionally some other Asian.

Yesterday I heard him on 20M CW for a couple hours late morning our 
time, loud enough to call. Didn't work him... Listened when he was 
spotted on 17M CW, didn't hear him...

Good Luck, this one is going to be tough... Anyone work him yet?
