Looks like this one is going to be hard to work. Been watching him work 
JA's for an hour or so... First problem is his clock, which is off from 
1 to 1.5 sec. I adjusted my clock to get in sync with him, which helps a 
little. He appears to be running 2 streams, one at about 180 and another 
at about 240. I rarely hear both streams. I copied a CQ on one stream 
about 6 sequences in a row, then he went back to 2 streams and 
disappeared. On average, I get a decode maybe every 3-4 sequences... I 
suspect he is running MSHV, since the JA's are calling him all over the 
band, not just above 1K. Hope he fixes his clock... Good luck if you 
need Spratly... Hard to get through the JA wall...
