[OKDXA] CY0S - CW Op

I have a question about the CW operations of CY0S on 1807k Khz.  The op keeps sending “EU . . EU “.  I know what that means -→ he is asking ONLY for Europe.   He also says    “KN . . .  KN”.    I have no idea what this means. 
BTW, he has a great signal here in OKC. I am using a small tri-bander yagi at 40 feet. 

So far I’ve worked CY0S on five band slots but no CW.
