[OKDXA] CY0S - Time

   I was watching CY0S on 20 Meters FT8. His DT was in sync with mine at 
0.0 . Then the next 3 sequences his DT was +2.1, then the next several 
sequences his DT was back to +.3.  Really weird... Hard to make QSOs 
like that... Wonder what's causing it? Seems to be on more than one 
station, several bands... Maybe RF is getting into their network 
somewhere?? Lot's of time comments on the clusters... Hope they can 
figure it out...
