[OKDXA] JA on 40 M FT8

This morning I found something interesting... the JAs seem to have 
another FT8 frequency on 40 meters. I was on 7.041 and heard/worked many 
JA stations. I guess they have picked an additional frequency on 40 for 
FT8. All I saw was JAs working JAs, but they replied to me and they 
answered my CQ... So, check it out, if you want to work a ton of JAs try 
7.041...
