Sorry I'm just replying.. I try to have a small supply of dark chocolate
for a treat and a bag of low sodium almonds for low-fat protein. So when
I'm really tired I have a coffee and a chocolate. Perks me right up. I
also set an alarm for a 1 hr nap when 80 meters is slow or not open at all.
Sincerely,
Marcus Sutliff/N5ZY
