[OKDXA] 3B7M & J8NY on 18.095 FT8

They used to be in increments of 25 from 100 to 250 and 10 from 250 to 300.  Not sure when they changed that.

Ah, OK. I knew the intervals got smaller but was clearly hoping the
next was 225. :-)
