Thanks to all OKDXA members for spotting ET3AA. Based on the spots I looked for him and was able to work him using FT8 F/H. I had only worked Ethiopia once before and that was 20m CW about five years ago.

Thanks to the earlier spot by Dallas, I worked them for a new digital country. Not sure if they were running F/H or MSHV. I didn't get a R73 until I switched to their transmit frequency to send my report, which suggests F/H, or QRM on my transmit frequency.
