[OKDXA] Scarborough Reef

   DX World.net is reporting a possible DXpedition to Scarborough Reef by 
Gil 4F2KWT sometime in the first half of 2024. This is the guy that put 
on Spratly DX0NE in April/May 2023. He is looking for support, says he 
needs $15K to rent boats, generators, etc. Callsign to be DX0NES. 
Scarborough is #4 on the wanted list, definitely a very needed entity.
   Personally, I was not impressed with Gil's Spratly operation. Very few 
QSOs were made, hardly none with North America, only worked JA. It was 
not a very efficient operation, to say the least.
   We will see how things develop. Scarborough is a tough one...
