Now on 28.027 CW listening up...

   For what it's worth, there seems to be a 1-2 second Transmit/Receive 
delay on some of the CW or SSB signals. I assume this is due to the 
remote hook-up through a satellite. If you listen for awhile, there are 
often repeats of the same callsign. So keep that in mind when pouncing, 
adjust your rhythm accordingly...
