[OKDXA] 3B7 QSL via LotW

Yippee! 3B7M is a ATNO for me and, via $6 in OQRS, I now have them on 
10, 12, 15, and 30 m.

I could have waited 6 mos and gotten them through LotW for free, but I 
don't mind supporting them. Now, had the *only* way to get a LotW QSL 
was by paying, I'd probably not have done it. But, I'm impatient to the 
tune of 5 pounds ($6) so I'm happy.
