[OKDXA] Welcome new OKDXA member

Please welcome Sierra Harrop - W5DX of Newington, CT as a new member of 
the Oklahoma DX Association. Sierra works for the ARRL. Here's some text 
he wrote on his membership application:

Hello, my late father, Paul Harrop (WB5NDN/W5DX) was very active in 
OKDXA in the 80's and 90's. Through him, I developed a love for amateur 
radio and was first licensed as a kid. I'm currently the Public 
Relations and Outreach Manager for ARRL in Newington, CT. I wanted to 
join the group to stay plugged in with the ham radio community in my 
home state and support a mission that meant a lot to my family over the 
years.
