Following up on Jeff's comments, I wonder how far some would pay for a
QSL card from say.....the DPRK?

Kim Jong Un could setup a shack on the mythical Mt. Paektu, and with
1.4 Million amateur radio operators worldwide wanting the DPRK, what a
great
way for the Kim dynasty to rake in hard currency.  He could call it
the "Pyongyang QSO party, or perhaps "Run for the Kimchi".

So, Dennis Rodman aside, how many of you would find it unethical to
financially support the Great Leader's nuclear program and labor camps
via OQRS? .......... or would that elusive last DXCC be just too much
to resist?
