[OKDXA] Crozet OQRS now open

In clublog.org, DX entities upload their logs.  You can get a QSL from them by paying a small fee online.  This is called an OQRS.  Normally $2 to $5.  For example FT8WW, the cost is 5€ (5 euros about $5.66) or $5 US.  For this, they will send you a card without you having to send one. AND they will upload your confirmation to LOTW or ClubLog.

There is an entity VK9DX - Norfolk Island (sub-antartic island near NZ) that will not even LOTW unless you pay the 5€.
