Hi Brian,
   Short answer, submit via OQRS as usual... Occasionally a DXpedition 
will ask us for a members list and they will bump us up in the priority, 
but that is rare. It's usually more trouble for them than it is worth...
   RR on livestream. Livestream is nice when it works, but there are 
issues, especially multi-stations, un-reliable internet, etc... I had 
trouble with it from ZL7...
