Log update from yesterday, Last QSO: 2023-01-04 18:20:00, shows 251 QSOs
on 17 meters. 243 of those with Europe, 1 with NA... So, the time it looked
like he was on 17 was for real, not a pirate... No updates on the webpages
this morning that I can find regarding his antennas and the wind...
Kim: Normal routine seems to be FT8 on 14.085 beginning about 8AM our
time, then switching to CW after a couple hours or more. But, he doesn't
always follow the normal routine... My CW QSO was at 1411Z. Another thing,
on CW his listening spread is often very wide, but he seems to favor 18 KHz
up...
Info has been sketchy, but with the high winds he had yesterday, he may
not be on at all today. Or he may be on 17 with a vertical antenna (probably
working Europe)... GL...

Jeff - K5WE
