[OKDXA] FT8WW Update

Update from FT8WW website:
The first QO-100 QSOs has been made. The station is operational! He will 
do, for the moment, SSB only on satellite.
As a reminder, the traffic interruption period in order to take 
measurements of the Earth's magnetic field is 5 hours between 05:00 UT 
and 10:00 UT. Any appearance of FT8WW on HF bands during this period 
should be considered suspicious.

   So, he is operating satellites now... Also, he is off the air between 
0500Z and 1000Z for the locals to do their Earth's magnetic field 
measurements... I didn't know about that...  Guess we are lucky he can 
make any HF QSOs at all...
