Sierra,

Take breaks. Every hour or so for 15-20 minutes. Staves off fatigue. You
sit back down refreshed and ready to dive into the pile-ups.

Fellow OKDXA Members,

I am working on an article for ARRL to add some color to promoting the phone
weekend of the ARRL DX Contest. I've got all the rules and best practices, but
what I would like to share is any tips you folks may have from a human factors
standpoint. Do you have any contesting rituals? Favorite food or beverage?
Mission-critical snacks? Any tips on how to stay comfortable and competitive in
the contesting environment? If you have any thoughts, just reply, or give me a
call if you'd rather. My cell is 405-808-8478. Only send me things you're
comfortable being quoted on in the ARRL Letter and web site. Thanks in advance!
