[OKDXA] 3Y0J 30 M FT8

Hi guys,
A lot of the problem was self inflected by the 3Y0J operators. They were
TXing on 15/45 as a fox. They were doing this on 30 meters the last two
nites that I copied. Was not a problem for me as I us JTDX software, but
for WSJT-X users running as a Hound it put them on the wrong sequence
automatically as soon as the clicked on the 3Y0J call on the screen.
