I’ve been using N3FJP software (I’ve sent this email with a link twice and the mail Clint keeps bouncing the email) you can google for link. 

For last several years with good results. I bought his full suite for $60. It has free lifetime updates. I updated from the 30 year old dos program EasyDX sold by MFJ for DOS 3-1/2 inch floppy disk use.  

 I had some problems finding a way to import all my old data and had to buy a 15 year old program that would import the old EazyDX file format and allow an export to the now standard ADIF format.   I would start my research figuring out how to transfer your old data into a format readable by anything that can be imported into a contemporary file format.
