I am seeing random spots for Vive Island on reverse beacon network. They have been on 10 m and 20 m. I assume these are pirates because last I saw they were still trying to get equipment to the island… I have seen the callsign with the maritime, mobile software. Perry N5PJ Sent from my iPhone
