[OKDXA] New QSL Card of the Month - 4J1FS - Malyj Vysotski Island

Good Afternoon OKDXA...
   I have uploaded a new QSL Card of the Month to the frontpage of the 
website, 4J1FS - Malyj Vysotski Island, from 1991.
   By a treaty signed in 1963, MV Island was a Russian Island leased to 
Finland for 50 years. Marti Lane was instrumental in getting it approved 
as a new DXCC country I believe in the late 1980's. It may have been 
first activated in 1988. I have QSOs in the log with 4J1FS in May '89, 
May '91, and June '92. There were also several other callsigns assigned 
to MV Island operations. After the lease expired, Malyj Vysotski Island 
was deleted from the DXCC list Feb. 17, 2012... Did you work Malyj 
Vysotski Island?
