[OKDXA] Decoding FT8 Multiple Streams

Was struggling as many others with missed FT8 decodes on Dxpeditions
running multiple streams.

After some research found several factors:

1. The newest version of WSTJ-X requires alot more CPU cycles over
previous versions.
2. Setting the main menu bar "Decode' setting to "Deep" on multiple
streams causes occasional timeouts and missed decodes

I've struggled for the past few months decoding multiple streams on
busy Dxpedition stations, several times missing the remote stations
"RR73". Since changing my decode setting from "Deep" to "Normal"
things have improved dramatically. If you are having similar problems
you may want to give it try, if your PC has an older PC you could even
try raising the decode rate to "Fast".
