[OKDXA] VU7W - Lakshadweep

Just completed with Juris VU7W on 17 Meters 18.107. Worked him on 4 
bands now, 30, 20, 15, 17 meters. He is also on 24.922 right now, but I 
am not decoding him... VU7 is a tough part of the world to work from 
here, don't think I have ever worked a DXpedition from there on 4 
bands... He has a Spiderbeam on the top of a multi-story hotel, that 
helps... GL...
