[OKDXA] Fw: VU7W - Lakshadweep 14.090 FT8

Jeff,

He is definitely a whole lot more workable than any other VU7 I ever
heard.  Thanks for the spots.  I caught him on 15 but the real surprise was
just now on 20.  I called one time just above his streams at 932 and he
came back with -14.  Could have knocked me over with a feather.  I see on
his web site that his antenna is being loaded by things on the roof where
he is operating.  That may limit his activities on some bands.  It also
says he thinks he has a place where he can put the vertical.  It is
interesting to see the things he is facing.
