Hi:

Posted a question early this morning, but looks like it got buried already.

Does anyone have experience with Phillystran?  I need to install  this
evening if possible, just wondering how to pre-tension with the cable
grip and come-a-long without damaging the poly jacket.
I need to pre-tension enough to get the Dead-Ends partially wrapped.
