Also, 9M0S was in March 2001.  I worked them on 15m SSB the day after the WPX for a ATNO.  Spend the end of the WPX contest trying to get them with no luck.  ALso worked 9M4SDX on 40 CW in March 2007.  That was my first (and probably only) Zone 26 on CW.  Looks like March is the time to work Spratly.

THERE HAVE BEEN SVSRAL OPERATIONS THERE.  1S1CK, 1S0XV 1990, 9M0S  1993, AND 9M0S 2016.  REMEMBER THE GERMAN EXPEDITION THAT THS VEITNAMESE SHOT UP AND KILLED SEVERAL OPERATORS.  IT HAS BEEN A DANGEROUS PLACE TO TRY AND OPERATE.
