[OKDXA] TY0RU

Worked TY0RU on CW around 7033 at closer to 7:15pm OK time.  This was 
before his pileup got huge.  Funny he was sending "UP" but the guys he 
was working were in the passband and they were both higher and lower.  I 
suspect it was a programmed F key and the op wasn't really paying 
attention to it.

Anyway, got him in the log.  D60AE too, on 40CW tonight.  That one was 
first call by tagging the guy he had just worked.
