28.074  FT8  -05    I called him and called him but couldn't work him.  He
is long path here.  I heard Gary work him so I knew I was doing something
wrong.  Just couldn't figure it out.  I noticed that another station worked
him on his frequency.  So I gave that a try and he came right back.  I
never call a dx station on his frequency.  Strange...
