[OKDXA] New QSL card of the Month

Well, unfortunately, I was in the process of moving and getting settled into a new job when the last (and only, I thought) group (of 2, if I remember) were in P5. Both “entities” that I still need are in the same region. I suspect neither P5 nor Pradas will either one ever be activated within my lifetime.
