Thanks for looking that up Kim.  Hopefully they will hit those bands soon.
They were easy to work on 20m and 17m FT8 last night around midnight local time.

I just went to the reverse beacon network and did a spot search for 
7Q4RU over the last 72 h and I saw no activity on 30 or 40 m for that 
call. Only 80, 17 and 15 m.
