[OKDXA] FT8: Not as Benighted as when I got up

With N5UWY's help using, y'know, radio to communicate, I figured out 
various things. The main thing I discovered is that it'll be a lot 
easier to configure things if I have a dedicated sound card for my radio 
stuff.

Everything is working except that I'm not getting my tones to he radio. 
I've figured out why and I have a kludge I can use until I have a 
dedicated USB sound card for the radio. So, I might be able to work him 
before he goes QRT. Just not on CW...
