That some listen to the instructions of the DX better than others?

As long as callers don't transmit *on* the DX, it really doesn't
matter.  As long as there is room for me on the *other* sequence (ha)
then the DX will see me.  Maybe.

Callers can clutter up the same sequence as the DX is transmitting on
all they want - it just guarantees that the DX will never ever print
the caller's signal ... and the caller has outed themself as someone
who calls without being able to hear the DX in the first place.

Of course, I have yet to print FT8WW *ever* so haven't yet bothered
warming the transmitter ... :-(
