[OKDXA] FT8WW - Crozet

   Looks like he has moved to 10.131 FT8, First Sequence... West Coast US 
is working him now LP, along with Europe. I'm not hearing him, either 
path... Started hearing him later this morning, not until a little after 
8AM. It lasted past 10:30AM, long path 20 meters. At times he was very 
loud, 3 streams as strong as plus 15 on my tribander at 50 feet.
   I know many of us (myself included) are not crazy about FT8. Whether 
we like it or not, the DXing game has changed. If you want to work DX, 
you gotta at least have a fundamental knowledge of how to operate FT8. 
That's where the DX is, and things are not going to go back to the old 
days... This is progress, like it or not... hi...
   Given Thierry's demonstrated skill set so far, I would expect this is 
going to be a 95% FT8 DXpedition. The pile-ups would probably eat him 
alive on CW and especially on SSB... So, if you want to work Crozet, 
work him on FT8... Good Luck everyone. Hope you get him in the log...
