  He is using MSHV, multi-streaming (Not WSJT F/H). So far, he is 
transmitting 2nd (odd) sequence. You need to call him in normal mode on 
the 1st sequence. This is a good example of why DXpedition stations 
should always use the first sequence.... You see many folks calling him 
on the 2nd sequence (same sequence he is on)... They see the 
multi-streams and assume that it is F/H. MSHV software is widely used, 
especially in Europe. It multi-streams, but not in F/H mode... So, 
calling stations have their WSJT software set up in F/H mode. As a 
Hound, it calls on the 2nd sequence. Thus, we have the mess you can 
observe right now...
