[OKDXA] FT8WW - Crozet

I can never tell when the DX is in F/H mode.  I did add 10.131 to my
WSJT-X config but ... how do I know?  I only see people calling FT8WW

Also, if they decided to work FT4, will they use the call FT4WW?  What
about RTTY?  :-D
