[OKDXA] TX5N 10 meters FT8

I'm finally certain I have F&H mode set up correctly in WSJT-X and I
see "NOW 10 SSB" and the waterfall goes blank!

Ah, well.

I think I've only made one F&H mode contact before out of nearly 1000
FT8 QSOs ...
