NOT SURE WHAT THE PROBLEM WOULD BE.  I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEM GETTING EMAIL FROM ARRL FORWARDED TO ME.  
AFTER DOWNLOADING LOTW  TQ8 PROGRAM  SHOULD RECEIVE PASSWORD IN EMAIL. THEN A MATTER OF LOGGING IN.
