Changes to DXCC Country Lists

Due to the changing climate around the world, and the present culture of
acceptance, the DXAC has instituted the following changes to the DXCC
Country List- effective immediately.

All present top 10 needed countries are removed:

5. CE0X SAN FELIX ISLANDS <https://clublog.org/mostwanted2.php?dxcc=217>

These countries will be removed from ALL country tallies, including ones
already credited. We understand this will make huge changes to everyone's
country totals, but we need to comply to the new world order. The
adjustments to Honor Roll Members totals was taken into consideration, and
