  Interesting John... Guess that confirms the Rebel QSL practice of No Bureau, Pay for a direct card and they will throw in a lotw upload, but no lotw upload without paying for the direct card... I guess if it is your ball and bat you can set your own rules for the game. Don't know that it helps the integrity of the game in the long run though...
