[OKDXA] FW: 3D2CR - Conway

Roger,

I also notice that he must have logged me because he won't answer me again
on 17 or 20.  His signal here on 17 right now is +18.  I know that I am
blowing him out of the water but he keeps calling CQ right after I call
him.  I didn't log him because I never got the RR73.  They must have
something set up wrong or they don't know how to operate F/H.  Strange
operation.
