Yes, congrats!!

I had Phone and RTTY finished in 2009 when that award started ... and
I am still missing DE, IA, MS, NE, ND, WV on CW!!!

I need to work on that.  Would give me WAS-CW, too.  Already have
Phone, RTTY and FT8.
