[OKDXA] S9OK on 17 m

I had an interesting experience chasing them on 80 yesterday evening. I've
recently been playing with a new/old receive antenna, a shared apex loop. On
my 80 meter Inv. V I could not hear them at all, but on the loop receive
antenna I heard them pretty good. I called several times with my little amp
which showed about 400 watts out on 80. They never came back to me. So, I
swapped the receive antenna and the inv. V transmit antenna over to the
other radio with the 1300 watt amp, called a few times and worked them... A
little more juice often helps on 80 and 160... Have not heard them on 160...

Jeff - K5WE

I need them on 80m for a new band country. Copied them on 1 or 2
transmissions last night on 80m FT8 but no luck yet. No luck with J5 on 80
either.
